CleanPixel ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI-powered tools and resources specifically designed for cleaning business owners. Our suite of products includes Social AI, MessageAI, BlogAI, ContractAI, Business Center, and AssistAI, aimed at enhancing digital marketing efforts, streamlining operations, and fostering growth for small to medium-sized cleaning service businesses.
2. Services Provided
CleanPixel offers a variety of AI-powered tools, including but not limited to: Social AI: Generate unlimited social media posts and receive 25 designs each month to customize in Canva. MessageAI: Generate instant messages for all communication needs. BlogAI: Create engaging articles to enhance SEO with just one click. ContractAI: Access and customize essential business agreements, including cleaning service agreements and W-2 forms. Business Center: Access checklists, feedback forms, stock images, price sheets, and more, all customizable in Canva. AssistAI: 24/7 AI assistance for creating procedural documents, proposals, training programs, and more.
3. Account Registration and Use
To access our services, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.
4. Payment and Subscription Terms
Access to certain services requires a subscription fee. You agree to pay the applicable fees for the subscription plan you select. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt CleanPixel’s services or the networks and systems connected to it. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the service or any other systems or networks connected to CleanPixel.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property associated with CleanPixel are the property of CleanPixel or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your business use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our services without express written permission from us.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CleanPixel services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use of or inability to use our services. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CleanPixel, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: Your use of and access to the services. Your violation of any term of these Terms. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if possible) or by posting a notice on our website.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within South Carolina to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
